Johnson Controls has launched the EN Grade 3 compliant PowerSeries Pro intrusion alarm system for commercial properties of any size. The PowerSeries Pro completes the manufacturer’s intrusion product portfolio.
Key features include a high-current capability, making it suited for large-scale buildings where high numbers of contacts and sensors need to be installed.
All the communication, whether internal between the system components or external with the monitoring centre, is claimed to be cybersecure, meeting the highest standards with AES-128 bit encryption.
The hybrid system can include a combination of hardwired and wireless detectors and sensors to provides a Grade 2 system which uses PowerG technology, enabling multi-channel frequency hopping with two-way wireless communication.
