Reolink, a Hong Kong-based video surveillance company known for delivering smart security products to homes and small businesses worldwide, introduced its Next-Generation AI Security System, a platform designed to power advanced functions such as perimeter protection, video captioning, and customer flow analysis at IFA 2025 (Berlin Sept 5-9, 2025)
At the show, Reolink This follows the earlier launch of the Elite Floodlight WiFi camera, which featured natural-language video search, allowing users to locate footage with prompts such as “man in red shirt.” The new AI system extends this approach, aiming to improve accuracy, speed, and personalisation in security monitoring.
Reolink also presented a 4K pan-tilt floodlight camera with 360-degree coverage. Equipped with AI Video Search, the device combines sharp ultra-HD imaging with smooth pan-tilt control to minimise blind spots and simplify event retrieval.
Interactive demonstrations at the Reolink stand showcased these innovations in real-world scenarios, alongside models already on the market such as the Duo 3 PoE, Argus 4 Pro, and Elite Floodlight WiFi.
At the show, Reolink also announced ReoNeura, its next-generation AI system designed to make surveillance more precise and user-friendly. First introduced in July, ReoNeura powers AI Video Search, which allows users to locate footage with simple natural-language prompts. At IFA, the platform expanded with new features, including advanced person and object detection, smart event tracking for deliveries and missing items, and automated video captioning that produces natural-language summaries of recorded events. Business-focused tools such as customer flow analysis and heat mapping were also highlighted, aimed at helping SMEs improve operations while enhancing security.
Reolink also unveiled the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, which it describes as the world’s first 4K 360-degree PTZ floodlight camera with local AI Video Search. The dual-lens device offers smooth pan-tilt coverage, triple PIR motion detection, and automatic rotation to track movement before subjects even enter the frame. Its floodlights provide up to 3000 lumens of adjustable warm and cool lighting, balancing visibility with deterrence.
Interactive demonstrations at the Reolink stand showcased these new developments alongside products already in the company’s range, including the Duo 3 PoE, Argus 4 Pro, and Elite Floodlight WiFi.
By combining AI-driven analysis with 4K wide-angle coverage, Reolink is positioning itself as a provider of accessible but feature-rich security solutions. With ReoNeura™ at the centre of its product strategy, the company signalled at IFA 2025 its commitment to rolling out advanced AI capabilities across cameras, recorders, and cloud services.
