A.I. Tech has announced a series of product updates designed to streamline video analytics and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. The company’s latest developments include the launch of AI-ANONYMIZER, a new obstacle simulation feature in AI-DESIGNER, and expanded automation for PTZ cameras and multi-configuration management.
AI-ANONYMIZER: simplifying video anonymisation
Available now, AI-ANONYMIZER is designed to automatically detect and anonymise sensitive video elements, such as licence plates and faces, directly at the export stage. The tool uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to blur these details, producing videos that comply with privacy laws and are ready for secure sharing or archiving. Targeted at urban surveillance, traffic monitoring, and public spaces, AI-ANONYMIZER integrates easily into existing workflows, ensuring a straightforward route to privacy compliance.
AI-DESIGNER: adding obstacles for more accurate planning
Building on its site planning tool, A.I. Tech has enhanced AI-DESIGNER with a new obstacle simulation feature. Users can now place rectangular shapes on their maps, specifying the height and orientation to simulate real-world obstructions. The tool then automatically calculates blind spots—areas that cameras cannot cover—giving installers and consultants a more precise picture of the system’s actual field of view. This feature is available immediately to all AI-DESIGNER users.
Multi-configuration and automated PTZ management
A.I. Tech has also introduced a multi-configuration system that enables users to define different video analytics profiles. These profiles can be activated based on a schedule or in a cyclical mode, allowing the system to switch seamlessly between different operational requirements, such as day and night scenarios.
In addition, the company has rolled out automated PTZ camera management, enabling cameras to move automatically to configured presets according to a time schedule or cycle. This enhancement focuses the video analysis on specific areas of interest without requiring manual intervention. Importantly, A.I. Tech has confirmed that licensing costs are based on the number of lenses managed, not the number of configurations or presets, making these features accessible without increasing budget complexity.
A.I. Tech’s latest releases demonstrate the company’s ongoing commitment to combining advanced AI capabilities with practical tools for the security industry.
