by Geny Caloisi

UK-based Deister Electronic announced the release of its new RIBA-approved CPD ‘How Intelligent Key Management (IKM) Helps Improve Operational Efficiency’ on-demand training.

The free sessions are designed to provide architects, specifiers, installers, and end users with a wealth of knowledge and tools that will enable them to ensure physical keys are managed in a manner that supports operational efficiency, saving time and money.

The brand-new session, available as online and in-person seminars, will delve into:

  • How physical keys can impact operational efficiency.
  • What Intelligent Key Management (IKM) is and how does it work?
  • The advantages and disadvantages of IKM in improving operational efficiency.
  • The future of building security management.

Richard Hill, Head of Sales – UK, is responsible for overseeing the sessions. He has managed global access control and key management projects for more than 24 years.

Richard said: “We understand that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is important in helping keep practices up to date with advancements in products and technology.

That is why we are looking forward to sharing our experience in Intelligent Key Management.

We hope that this will support architects, specifiers, and installers in understanding the way physical keys can create costs and the solutions that are available to mitigate these.”
