Gallagher Security marked the end of 2025 by bringing its UK and regional channel community together for its annual Channel Partner Conference and Awards, held in December at the company’s Warwick hub.

The event saw partners from across the region take part in a full-day programme focused on collaboration, knowledge-sharing and future planning. Workshops ran throughout the day, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with Gallagher specialists, discuss new developments and exchange insights with peers from across the channel.

The conference also included a fireside discussion with Gallagher Group CEO Kahl Betham, who reflected on the organisation’s recent progress, alongside a keynote session from security and risk specialist Mark Scoular. His presentation examined how assessed threats translate into practical protective security measures, with a particular focus on multi-agency preparedness.

The day concluded with the 2025 Gallagher Security Channel Partner Awards, recognising individual and organisational contributions made over the past year. Awards were presented across a range of categories spanning project delivery, operational excellence, innovation and long-standing partnerships.

Among the recipients were Evolution, named Outstanding Channel Partner of the Year, and TSP, which received the High Security Channel Partner of the Year award. Individual recognition included Ben Maggs and Martin Murdoch as Gallagher Champions of the Year, while Product Innovator Awards went to Securewais for OneLink and Nortek for QuickSwitch.

Operational awards were presented to Gemma Napier of Atexa and Alan Davis of Securitas, with the Matt Page Awards recognising Ioannis Toumpis of Securewais and Martin Jansson of Avarn. Long service awards acknowledged Sovereign Fire & Security for 10 years of partnership, Littlewood Fencing for 15 years, and both RHI Industrials and Reliance High-Tech for 20 years.

Speaking at the event, Spencer Marshall, Executive Vice President for Europe, highlighted the role of the channel in Gallagher’s performance over the past year and its plans for 2026, pointing to partner collaboration as a key driver of continued growth.

The conference offered a snapshot of how Gallagher and its partners are positioning themselves around capability, preparedness and long-term collaboration, themes likely to remain central for integrators and end users alike over the year ahead.
