Kentec Electronics, an innovative life safety solutions manufacturer, appointed Mike Estall as Senior Specification Development Manager.
He began his career with a leading UK fire alarm system integrator over 25 years ago. Through his extensive experience in building solutions, fire systems, and integration with other building platforms, he is bringing a series of continuing professional development courses to Kentec customers and partners, the first of which will be delivered at NAHFO.
Mike previously worked at TenBroeke Engineering Company as Director of Fire Engineering and at BBC Fire – Marlow Fire & Security as Director of Specification Development. In addition to designing fire alarm and safety systems, developing detailed site surveys and writing comprehensive specifications in compliance with UK standards, he has conducted fire risk assessments as well. He is a member of the IFE (Institute of Fire Engineers) and IFSM (Institute of Fire Safety Managers).
