Reconeyez has expanded its AI-powered perimeter security solutions with the launch of Reconeyez SIM, a new connectivity service designed to simplify deployment and ensure seamless operation. Alongside this, the company has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Guy Combrinck as Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland, reinforcing its commitment to regional growth.
Say Goodbye to SIM Hassles: Reconeyez SIM Brings Hands-Off Security Connectivity
The Reconeyez SIM is a fully managed, hands-free connectivity solution that is available as both an embedded and physical SIM. Designed for effortless integration, it can be retrofitted to any Reconeyez Bridge, enabling automatic SIM management with no user configuration required. Partnerships with leading mobile network providers ensure coverage from over 600 carriers in more than 200 countries, delivering reliable and scalable connectivity for users worldwide.
This service removes the complexities of traditional SIM management. Activation and deactivation are automated, eliminating manual intervention. Billing is flexible, with charges applying only when a Bridge is active, streamlining costs and administration. The industrial-grade SIMs also feature advanced diagnostics to enhance reliability and resolve issues faster. Users benefit from unlimited Reconeyez IAS traffic for alarms, system arming and disarming, scheduling, and multiple device activations, all within a fixed monthly fee. Built on GSMA SGP.22 and SGP.32 standards, this eSIM solution is designed for longevity, using a bootstrap and “empty shell” architecture to support seamless scalability.
UK & Ireland Expansion
Reconeyez has also appointed Guy Combrinck as its new Head of Sales for the region to drive growth in the UK and Ireland. With more than 20 years of experience in security and data industries, he brings expertise in business development and strategic sales. Simon Faulkner, Chief Revenue Officer for the UK and EU, highlighted the significance of this appointment, noting Guy’s reputation for building strong partnerships and his ability to align security solutions with market needs.
Guy expressed his enthusiasm for the role, recognising the increasing demand for flexible, cost-effective security solutions. He pointed to the growing need for AI-driven perimeter protection that can be deployed with minimal infrastructure, particularly in an economic climate where efficiency is key. His previous leadership roles at Ajax Systems and ADI Global Distribution demonstrate his proven ability to drive sales and build long-term client relationships, making him well-positioned to support Reconeyez’s expansion.
As the security landscape evolves, businesses seek smarter, faster-to-deploy solutions. AI is set to play a growing role in improving efficiency and reducing false alarms, and Reconeyez is at the forefront of this transformation. By combining advanced AI with robust connectivity solutions, the company delivers high-impact security technology that meets the demands of construction, utilities, property management, and defence industries.
