Texecom is running a technical webinar on January 15th, focused on its SmartCom and SmartCom Pro intelligent communicators, aimed at installers working with cloud-connected alarm systems.
The session will cover a practical product overview, installation guidance and WiFi setup using QR codes, alongside an update on Version 6 Monitor Mode. Attendees can also expect a walkthrough of the available configurable inputs and outputs, plus how panel, cloud and monitoring connectivity is handled.
SmartCom Pro’s role as a cloud gateway will be discussed, including PIN-based connectivity options and how the device can be used to add app control and cloud services without changing existing panels.
The webinar will also address common installer questions and outline the cloud options available through Texecom’s ecosystem.
