Vitaprotech, a European leader in electronic security systems, has announced a major organisational restructuring designed to streamline its operations and enhance the delivery of connected, AI-enabled security solutions across global markets.
Effective from 1 July 2025, the new structure groups Vitaprotech’s brands by customer type and sales channel, making it easier for integrators, OEMs, service operators, and distributors to access the group’s full range of technologies—from access control and perimeter detection to video analytics and unified monitoring.
At the heart of the transformation is a commitment to simplicity, performance, and innovation. The group’s software offering has been consolidated under a single brand, Prysm, which will serve OEMs and service operators with customisable, scalable software including PSIM, video management, and AI-driven monitoring tools. Built to support on-premise, hosted, and cloud environments, Prysm reflects Vitaprotech’s ambition to lead in flexible, next-generation security platforms.
Systems integrators will now be served through Hirsch, uniting brands including Sorhea, TIL Technologies, Protech, and Harper Chalice. This consolidated approach provides a coherent global identity while maintaining strong local support, particularly in critical infrastructure and high-security sectors.
For the distribution market, Vauban Systems in France and TDSi in the UK continue to offer intuitive, ready-to-install hardware solutions, including newly integrated offerings from Foxstream. Meanwhile, ARD remains focused on delivering turnkey solutions to clients with complex service needs, integrating technologies such as access control, payment, intrusion detection and video surveillance under a single service umbrella.
Vitaprotech’s restructuring also supports its wider technology roadmap, with increased investment in R&D focused on artificial intelligence, cloud integration, cybersecurity, and unified system management. Currently, 25% of the group’s workforce and 10% of its revenue are committed to innovation.
“We are building the future of physical security—smart, agile, and fully integrated,” said Éric Thord, CEO of Vitaprotech. “This new organisation puts our customers first, making it easier for them to access tailored solutions backed by deep technical capability and global reach.”
Operating in over 70 countries, Vitaprotech aims to position itself as a leading global provider of high-security, IT-integrated physical security systems, particularly for applications where performance and resilience are critical.
Steve Humphreys, Deputy CEO of Vitaprotech, concluded, “Our goal is to deliver the next generation of cloud-based, AI-enabled security solutions, from the perimeter to the core of any organisation. This structure gives us the agility and scale to support our customers wherever they operate.”
