Wardour Fire & Security has announced a new partnership with PAT-iT to deliver an integrated range of fire and electrical safety services for businesses across the UK. The collaboration, which took effect on 21 October 2025, aims to simplify compliance and enhance workplace safety through a joined-up approach to fire protection, maintenance, and testing.
Based in Grantham, Wardour Fire & Security provides fire and security solutions across a variety of sectors, while PAT-iT specialises in electrical and fire safety inspection and testing. Together, the two companies plan to offer organisations a single, trusted source for all aspects of fire safety – from alarm installation and maintenance to emergency lighting, fire extinguisher servicing, and electrical compliance.
According to the partners, the initiative responds to increasing demand from businesses for streamlined safety management and greater clarity around regulatory responsibilities. By combining their expertise, Wardour and PAT-iT aim to reduce the administrative burden that often comes with managing multiple contractors, while ensuring consistent compliance with UK fire safety legislation.
Simon Pell, Director of Wardour Fire & Security, described the partnership as a step towards more accessible safety provision: “Our partnership with PAT-iT represents a major step forward in making safety simpler and more accessible for organisations of all sizes. Businesses no longer need to juggle multiple contractors – we’re offering a complete, end-to-end safety solution they can rely on.”
Lee Turtle TMIET, Director of PAT-iT, echoed this view, noting that the companies’ recent project collaborations laid the groundwork for the formal agreement. “We have been working with Wardour Fire & Security on a few projects in recent months, so collaborating in partnership seemed the next logical step. Together, we can offer clients the reassurance of expert compliance across both electrical and fire safety disciplines. It’s about saving time, ensuring safety, and providing total peace of mind.”
Both organisations emphasise that the partnership aligns with their shared goal of raising professional standards across the fire and electrical safety industries. The collaboration seeks to promote a transparent, cost-effective approach that supports UK businesses as they adapt to evolving compliance requirements.
