Synectics has announced plans to open a new branch in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant expansion in the Middle East. This milestone will be highlighted at Intersec 2025, where the company will also preview cutting-edge features in its Synergy software.
David Aindow, Business Strategy Director at Synectics, stated: “Our return to Intersec reflects a deeper commitment to the region. Establishing a dedicated support office in Abu Dhabi will enable us to work closely with partners across the Middle East, helping organisations achieve their security and operational goals.”
Synectics’ expertise spans sectors such as smart cities, transport, healthcare, and critical infrastructure, making it ideally suited to support the region’s ambitious development plans.
Intersec attendees will get an exclusive first look at new AI-powered Synergy features, including Forensic Search and a Facial Recognition Module. Forensic Search leverages generative AI to enable rapid, accurate video searches using natural language queries, while the Facial Recognition Module integrates seamlessly with Synergy’s incident management tools to enhance person-of-interest tracking.
The event will also showcase Synectics’ latest camera solutions, including the COEX hazardous and safe area camera range, renowned for their durability in extreme environments. Live demonstrations of these and the company’s 4K IP cameras will be available at Stand S1 F39.
David concluded: “Intersec 2025 provides the perfect platform to demonstrate our latest technologies and reaffirm our commitment to innovation in the Middle East and beyond.”
