
Security professionals across the UK and Ireland have an opportunity to make their voices heard. Genetec is inviting installers, end users, channel partners and consultants to share their insights on the products and services they rely on — but the deadline for submissions is 16 September 2025.
The initiative is designed to capture real-world experiences from those who deploy, manage or specify security systems. Genetec wants to know what works well, where challenges arise, and how its platforms and tools could be improved to better support daily operations. The feedback, which will be kept anonymous, can cover anything from installation processes and system integration to training, documentation, and usability.
By listening to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, Genetec aims to turn practical insight into meaningful improvements. The initiative is framed as a two-way conversation: contributors help shape the company’s product roadmap, while Genetec communicates how the feedback will influence future developments. The goal is to create solutions that are more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the real needs of the industry.
“This is an opportunity for the people who use, install and specify our solutions to directly influence how we evolve our products and services,” says a Genetec spokesperson. “We want to understand the challenges faced on the ground and ensure that the next generation of tools truly reflects operational realities.”
All responses are anonymous, and the survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, closing on the 16th of September. Participants receive early access to the final report and will be entered into one of 6 draws to win a £500 Amazon gift card.
