by Geny Caloisi

Vitaprotech, a European security solutions group headquartered in France, has appointed Delphine Guerrier as CEO for the EMEA region. With extensive experience managing major international security industry groups, Guerrier brings valuable expertise and strategic insight to Vitaprotech, positioning the group for future challenges.

Guerrier’s appointment follows Vitaprotech’s recent acquisition agreement for Identiv’s Security business assets. In 2023, Vitaprotech experienced a 10% organic growth in sales, including strategic acquisitions in France and the UK.

In her role, Guerrier will report to Eric Thord, CEO of Vitaprotech, collaborating with Seven2 investors and Bpifrance. She will lead various teams and companies within the Group in the EMEA region to achieve growth objectives while consolidating the Group’s leadership in Europe and globally.

Eric Thord remarked, “We believe Delphine is the ideal leader to guide Vitaprotech through this critical phase of governance and development. Her capacity to unite teams, dynamism, and results-driven approach will elevate team performance.”

Guerrier, known for her listening skills and pragmatism, is adept at understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions. She commented, “I am thrilled to join Vitaprotech at this pivotal moment in its journey. The Group’s leading market reputation and diverse talent pool have captured my interest. Upholding expertise and professional excellence is paramount to me, and I am committed to embedding these principles in our endeavours. Together, we will strengthen our presence in the EMEA region, foster innovation and collaboration, and realise our strategic development goals.”
