Webeye and M2M Services have teamed up to bring a wave of transformation to the UK security industry. This collaboration, strategically timed to address the challenges posed by the imminent shutdown of PSTN and the closure of BT Redcare services, promises to deliver cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
Chris Coughlin, Webeye’s Commercial Director — Software & Services, explains: “M2M Services have been looking for a company to team up with in the UK for many years. However, with so many incumbent suppliers in the UK Market, there was no desire from installers to introduce another provider into the fray.”
Dimitar Petrov – Director of Sales at M2M Services adds: “We’re excited to join forces with Webeye in reshaping the security landscape. Together, we’re introducing our Dual-Path/Dual-SIM MQ and MX Series alarm communicators, setting a new standard of reliability and compliance.”
With Webeye’s ARC Partner Network and established Alarm Monitoring Platform, we’re ready to meet the challenges ahead, providing innovative solutions that ensure resilience and future-proofing in a rapidly evolving industry. As a result of the team-up between Webeye and M2M Services, the MQ and MX Series Alarm Signalling Devices will be introduced to the UK market. These devices are robust, reliable and compliant with BS EN 50131-50136 standards. The MX Series, in particular, stands out for its EN54 compliance and its unique dual functionality with both SIM and LAN connectivity.
One of the key drivers behind webeyeCMS’s accelerated distribution plans was the impending closure of BT Redcare services coupled with the phase-out of PSTN networks. This created a pressing demand for alternative solutions in the market, prompting Webeye to swiftly integrate M2M Services’ products into their platform, webeyeCMS and enter into a distribution agreement.
As the Security Event in Birmingham approaches, both Webeye and M2M Services are gearing up to showcase their innovative solutions. M2M Services will present its full range of Alarm Signalling Devices, highlighting their seamless interoperability with the webeyeCMS platform. Meanwhile, WebeyeCMS will prominently feature the MQ and MX range, underscoring their dedication to providing comprehensive security solutions.
The standout features of M2M Services’ devices lie in their forward-looking design. Coughlin notes, “The MQ and MX range of M2M Signalling Devices are 5G ready, giving them a degree of future-proofing whilst 3G is being phased out.
“They are also incredibly resilient with their SIM-based Signalling, with all SIMs being Global Roaming SIM Cards. This stands out against many legacy companies as the primary method of communication was a Single Network SIM Card, causing numerous Poll Failures for Monitoring Stations.”
For TSE visitors, M2M Services will be on Stand 5/M5, showcasing its full range of Alarm Signalling Devices and their interoperability with the webeyeCMS platform.
Webeye will be on Stand 5/J45. The company will present its M2M Services MQ and MX range of Alarm Signalling Devices, plus webeyeCMS, Vigileyez, webeyeM2M(SIMs), Alertex, Artifeel, Partizan, and Teltonika.
