Norbain is to offer HikCentral Professional V2.4 on behalf of our partner supplier, Hikvision UK & Ireland. HikCentral Professional is an integrated video management software, allowing you to control all your localised security systems centrally via Mobile, Web and PC.

This integrated solution offers enhanced security benefits as well as making security management easier and more efficient. HikCentral Professional enables you to integrate multiple business and security systems, including access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection.

With each new release, Hikvision finetuned the software, creating an ever more user-friendly and versatile security management platform. This latest version – V2.4 – provides six major improvements – usability, visualisation, professional applications, compatibility, flexibility and system enhancements.

New Augmented Reality

This exciting new feature uses the panoramic view as a live and interactive map, including monitoring multiple camera resources, 3D tracking, and visualised alarm statistics.

Updated In-store Business Intelligence

With V2.4, you can select a new Retail Mode and the previous Public Mode data dashboard. Retail Mode has been specially designed to provide reports and statistics covering floor and multi-store management.

Improved User Experience

The User Interface has been streamlined, helping new users get started much more quickly whilst bringing further flexibility to experienced users with a customisable workbench and intuitive video search.

With the HikCentral Professional App, Hikvision’s hardware terminals fully support using either NFC or Bluetooth. Self-Service Time & Attendance, designed to reduce the workload for HR and Payroll teams, is another feature enhanced within this update,

V2.4 also provides 37 preset reports, designed to make the process as straightforward as possible for both the security installer and the end user.
