Webeyes’ IT & Development Director, Duncan Weir, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the company, in place of Clive Mason. Webeye’s founder Mason, has now taken the CEO position.
With extensive IT and software development experience, Weir joined Webeye in 2019, starting as a Systems Architect and head of IT. From the start he has shown true passion and dedication to WebeyeCMS, which he developed, and has been wholly committed to Webeye as a company and to the security industry.
Mason said, “I couldn’t have thought of a more capable, dedicated and passionate person to pass the role over to. I believe we will have very exciting times ahead.”
Weir took his new role on as the MD on the 23rd of December 2021 and said, “I look forward to the challenges and opportunities this position offers.”
